New Video Posted for Boca Peace Corner

So I'm not a professional video guy or anything but I took a crack at creating a video for the Boca Peace Corner and the Obama-Biden campaign. Enjoy, some of you are in the video at the end:

Get Your Vigil Candles Here

If you're tired of the mess of wax candles and the hassle in keeping the flame lit in the windy South Florida weather, check out the following product suggested by Ron and Barbara Rubin from the Boca Peace Corner.  Its a great flameless candle that runs on 2 AA batteries, and it is appropriately called the "Patriot" candle.  They had them at the vigil on July 8th and they looked great.  You can find it in any Walgreens or online here.  I'll be bringing one to the next event for sure.

New Photos Posted

There are 2 new albums posted in the Photos section of the Boca Peace Corner web site.  These are images from the July 8th Candlelight Vigil to Remember The Fallen and the July 4th Sand Castle Building Competition.  You can view them by clicking here.

New Event At The Boca Peace Corner Scheduled

The Boca Peace Corner is planning to hold an event to remember the fallen of the Iraq War. We have a candlelight vigil planned for Tuesday, July 8th at 8:30 PM and for every 2nd Tuesday of each month going forward.

Please join us to remember those we have lost and to bring attention to the human costs of the Iraq War with the reading of the names of the fallen for the month of June 2008.

Please invite your family, friends, and co-workers to join us. Bring your own candles, cups, and signs (we will also bring some of our own if you don't have a sign of your own) and help us get the attention of our fellow citizens and the media of South Florida.

Attached is a flyer that you can print out and give to anyone who you would like to join us.

We are hoping to get at least 100 if not more people to participate, so spread the word.

If you have any questions feel free to email
info@bocapeacecorner.org or contact me directly at joe@bocapeacecorner.org.

New Video Post - "Imagine" Peace Video by Joe Goedereis

Hey everyone, check out the new video I made using iMovie on my iMac yesterday to promote the peace movement and the Boca Peace Corner.  I was pretty surprised that it was posted for less than an hour and already received 1 rating with 5 stars!

It works best if you visit the video at YouTube’s Site and click the link below the video to watch the “High Quality” widescreen version. Click play, then pause and let the video load, and then play again.

Happy Viewing!  Be sure to rate it along with my other videos so it moves up the list on Y0uTube!

Watch Bill O'Reilly's Producer/Reporter/Pit Bull Get Pwnd by Bill Moyers!

Oh my God this is funny!  Bill Moyers just owns this little twerp. I think this guy bit off way more than he could chew.  The best part is the end of the video when the other real journalists give him a taste of his own medicine. Check it out!

For best playback, hit play and then pause and let the the video load half-way before viewing.
